Hi, my name is Amanda! I have lived in the Grafton/Grand Forks community. my whole life. My passion is fitness and well-being. I am a certified yoga instructor with 500 hour RYT and CCT level trained levels 1-4. Zumba certified also sound bowl healing certified for individual and group practices. I teach at Lotus Yoga in the Grand Forks community! Which Lotus Yoga is my daughter‘s business in town with two locations. I am a massage therapist and a licensed esthetician I am also permanent makeup certified, and I have been certified with a lymphatic drainage massage through the Chikly Health Institute. I am also a Hydrafacialist so I am also Hydrafacial certified with a huge passion for Skincare. My mission is to create a safe space for everyone to come and receive the benefits of an expertly taught therapist. Self-care is very important to me. I plan to continually educate myself so my clients are receiving the most up-to-date techniques. Mind body soul, massage therapy, and aesthetics is my business name.
